Time management from Mars

I really don't get it with people here... making appointments and keeping up with time doesn't seem to exists here!!! You make appointment with me in the morning and you didn't show up. Now you say, "Let's have the meeting at 4.30pm." Without the slightest regards that I've been waiting for you the entire morning??? This is really fucked up!
